I am an American Heart Association Instructor with 10 years experience teaching CPR. I have taught hundreds of people CPR, BLS, AED use, and Pediatric First Aid. My students have included parents, teenagers, lifeguards, respiratory therapist, teachers, healthcare professionals and caregivers of children and the elderly.

Prior to working with Sonoma Health CPR I was employed by American Airlines Medical Department and later with American Osteoporosis Centers.

I am passionate about preparing individuals for life threatening cardiac and choking emergencies. My classes are fun, informative and relaxed.

When my students leave my class they feel prepared to handle emergency situations in their homes and out in the community.
