Defective products are handled in accordance with individual manufacturer's policy. When a manufacturer permits, defective products will be exchanged at full value; otherwise they are referred for warranty repair.
Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt or invoice must accompany all returns. For all open boxes the 20% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund.
