Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not likely), we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price as long as the box has not been opened. Defective products are handled in accordance with individual manufacturer's policy. When a manufacturer permits, defective products will be exchanged at full value; otherwise they are referred for warranty repair.

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt or invoice must accompany all returns. For all open boxes the 20% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund.

Special order products are non-returnable.
